Marc Kenney is a powerhouse solo artist delivering a cutting-edge blend of modern and traditional country, injected with a heavy rock-and-roll influence. Rooted in deep Southern heritage and armed with elite musicianship, Kenney brings a rare depth of experience and high-energy showmanship to stages across the Southeast.

Born in Opelika, Alabama, Marc's musical journey began at just five years old under his father's mentorship. By age 14, he was already performing live in local venues. He went on to master 23 distinct fingerpicking styles as a youth before honing his craft on Memphis's historic Beale Street. There, he collaborated with legendary hitmakers like Keith Sykes and Pat & Pete Luboff in the Memphis Songwriters Association. Marc later solidified his technical expertise at the American Guitar Institute in Memphis, where he majored in music theory and expanded his repertoire to harmonica and piano.

An accomplished recording artist with four studio albums under his belt, Marc's career features milestones ranging from competing on Nashville Star (earning front-page press) to breaking barriers as the first country artist ever promoted by the indie hip-hop label A-Town Records. A prominent voice in regional media, Marc has been featured on major radio stations including Atlanta's 94.9 The Bull (Backyard Country), Columbus's 106.9 FM and 99.3 FM, and Ch 7 EATV.

Driven by a deep commitment to his community, he has organized and performed numerous benefit concerts for St. Jude, Autism awareness, and cancer research. Now based in Buford, Georgia, Marc is a dominant fixture of the greater Atlanta music scene — frequenting premier venues like the Twisted Oar at Lake Lanier's Holiday Marina. When he isn't commanding the stage, he works as a 100-Ton Licensed Master Captain. Currently booking solo gigs and corporate events across Georgia, Alabama, and Tennessee while putting the finishing touches on his highly anticipated upcoming solo album.
